Shipping & Returns

How long are shipping transit times and who will be delivering it?
All items less than 2 pounds will be shipped via USPS 1st class mail. Anything above 2 pounds will be shipped via fedex, or USPS depending on the best rate. Standard shipping transit times are 5 - 7 business days from the time of shipment. Since shipping is a set low price under $15 and free if over, we do not give any options for faster shipping.

Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. Any and all applicable holidays will also extend shipping transit times, so please take those into consideration before emailing us asking where your order is.

How much is shipping?
All orders $15 and over will ship free within the USA. Orders less than $15, shipping within the USA is a flat $4.85. International orders are calculated using USPS shipping quotes, please choose this option upon checkout.

Click the My Account symbol at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account, then you can "View your order history."

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are almost always shipped via USPS Military Mail and are subject to longer shipping transit times, due to the security imposed by the US Military. We are more than happy to ship to our armed forces and will take every step possible to decrease the transit times on our end (processing, packing, etc). Depending on the location, transit times could be up to 20 business days, or even longer in some cases. If you would like a more specific transit estimate, please email Orings-Online.net and we will calculate the transit time based on your location.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the My Account symbol at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account, then you can "View your order history." From there you can cancel or change your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
Click the My Account symbol at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account, then you can "View your order history." Tracking Will be available from here, from your shipping notification email, or from your Paypal transaction history.

My order never arrived.
Click the My Account symbol at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account, then you can "View your order history." Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping:

We ship all international shipping via USPS shipping.
When you go to check out, the current rate for your item will be displayed. These international rates are the same that you can find on USPS.com website. If you have questions on the shipping please contact us. We will not ship any Warehouse / Team / or Master kits internationally, because these are larger in size and the cost would be too substantial to ship out of the US. Why do we require USPS? Because we are able to track packages all the way through delivery. It can take a little longer sometimes but proof of delivery is well worth the extra wait.

Returns:

Standard returns.
If you received an item you no longer want and wish to return it, we do accept returns. You must email us first to set up the return. No returns will be accepted without a a return authorization. Items must be in re-salable condition to be accepted. All items returned for reasons other than due to defect or issues, will be credited back less a restocking fee.
