Q: I had an account in your old site but now I can't login. What do I do?
A: Unfortunately the old database is not compatible with the new site and requires all previous accounts to register again as a new customer.
Q: I need to view past order info from my old account, how do I do that?
A: We still have access to all the records of previous orders, so just email us and we can provide anything you need. Also, you can check in your paypal account for previous order records.
Q: I want to checkout as a Guest without creating an account, what do I do?
A: As a benefit to all of our customers, we require accounts for all orders. This allows you to look up past orders and track packages as needed. IF you would still rather checkout as a guest, you can follow the links on the bottom of every page to our Amazon or eBay stores to purchase our products there.
Free Stuff
Q: I want some free o-rings, can you send me some?
A: Sure thing, they are on the way. Just kidding, but seriously there are a couple ways you can get some free o-rings. If you have a team and would like to be considered for sponsorship, see below. If you dont have a team you can still get free o-rings...If you need a kit we dont already have researched and can provide us the full list of needed o-rings, or send us a rebuild to work from, we will send you a 4x rebuild kit just for doing the research for us!

Q: I received a lead time notice on a bulk purchase, what does that mean?
A: You were notified because the item is either currently out of stock awaiting an order to arrive from our supplier, or you have ordered more than we normally keep on hand and must place an order from our supplier. While we try to always have plenty of stock on hand, selling through multiple channels does sometimes result in an item being out of stock at the time of order. If this should happen and you are notified you will be given options to proceed with the order at that time. Options can include but are not limited to a refund, a delay in shipment, or a partial shipment.

Q: Where is a sizing chart so I know where to put the o-rings?
A: You can get a Standard Size o-ring sizing chart that you can print at home by clicking here., or for the Metric Size sizing charts by clicking here.
Sponsorship
Q: I love to play paintball. Will you sponsor me and send me free o-rings?
A: While we would love to help everyone out, we are a business and need to receive value for all product sent out the door. If you are a solo player, we love that you are interested in our products, but unfortuantely we will not be able to sponsor you at this time. We will however be happey to entertain sponsoring teams with established followings and tournament standings to help promote our brand. If you fall under this second category please contact us and we can send you a list of required information to have your team considered.

Q: I want to buy your kits in wholesale, or I want to buy more than 10,000 of a single size bulk o-ring. Can I get a further discount or wholesale pricing?
A: Sure thing! Simply contact us with what you are interested in and we will get back to you with pricing as soon as possible.
